Hi! I'm Rebekah and I created Sturdy Woman to give hope and support to women like me who are trying to live full, joyful, and healthy lives with Lipedema and Lyphedema. You'll find vibration plates and massage guns to keep your body feeling good, but also body positive home decor to feed your soul. Buy with confidence knowing that everything here is something I use as part of my regular protocol and have benefited from.     

My diagnosis in 2020 was a complete shock and turned my life upside down, but it ultimately set me free. I went from struggling to climb one flight of stairs to walking and running nearly 50 miles a week. With keto and fasting I have lost more than 130 pounds in two years. Yes, you can lose weight with Lipedema! Yes, you can feel better!   

In the beginning I felt confused, alone, and overwhelmed. My doctor diagnosed me, but couldn't even recommend compression garments. Sturdy Woman is your shortcut to what took me years to piece together on my own.
