Sous vide means under vacuum in French and refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath. This technique produces results that are impossible to achieve through any other cooking method and is great for time- and budget-conscious keto or carnivore lifestyles. With precise temperature control, sous vide cooking provides the following benefits:

Use the Platinum Precision sous vide with any large pot of water - simply clip it on the side. Include a low water warning and auto shut off.

    Note: must be used with vacuum seal bags to protect the food while immersed in the hot water.
